I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Lagoon Hotel And Conference Centre, with pretty accommodation and friendly staff who were very helpful. the location is truly marvelous, situated near the Nahoon River and the Indian Ocean, offering stunning views. It’s a lovely, clean suburb with shops just 5 km away. I also enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and great dining experiences while overlooking the river and the beach.

Breakfast was great, magnificent views, stunning location short walk to the river to the other side as well as the beach and lagoon. Had carbonated drinks in the main bar.

Everything was simply nice. I enjoyed eggs and bacon food in the morning. Big size units with bath, very comfortable beds, as for instance, and the staff were superfriendly. The service was GREAT, I had 1 good night here.

This hotel offers well-equipped units with beautiful lagoon views, is in an excellent location near Barbican House, and has a team of professional staff.

Everything here was perfect and my room was big. Really enjoyed the room with a fridge, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was not far from the beach and shops 5km's awayFantastic breakfast and the beach/lagoon. The main bar was good.

The staff was excellent and competent, providing complimentary wake-up service and ironing. the hotel is situated in a stunning location, within walking distance of Southover Grange Gardens, making it a perfect base for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

The setting overlooking the lagoon was wonderful and the service of our waiter during our evening meal was exceptional.

Registration and support, condition of room at entry, maintenance standards of room, location (previously river view), stairwell was always dirty with rat droppings.

The room was air conditioned, neat, and had a separate bathroom, refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities. I loved the sea view and the exceptionally comfortable bed. - the breakfast was amazing and the check-in was quick.

It is very accomodating in all aspects.

Needs a health spa, and the rooms are a little far to get to.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly honest and I was amazed when they returned my wife's cellphone that we had left behind. They went above and beyond, and it really made our day. Another great aspect was the live band playing in the bar area, which added a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere to our stay. The location was also convenient, with a lovely deck and bar area for relaxing.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.
